Human Guinea Pigs and Silent Wars: An evidence based analysis of the Targeted Individual Phenomenon.
Recent revelations regarding the development of neurological weapons are brought to the forefront by the news of Microwave Weapons causing Havana Syndrome symptoms in US Government employees and citizens across the world. 12 Chinese companies have been blacklisted and banned from doing business with the US for their involvement in brain control weaponry development for the Chinese military. Three months later a panel of experts in the US concluded that Havanna Syndrome was indeed caused by Microwave Weapons. In the meantime there are a growing number of so called Targeted Individuals from all over the world who claim that they are being used as Guinea Pigs as the worlds Superpowers develop Mind Control technologies in what seems to be a psychotronic weapons arms race. This paper looks at the history of such weapons and those who may have them and examines the likelihood of correlation between the Targeted Individual communities claims and the evidence to back up their claims.
Microwave Weapons, Psychosis or Schizophrenia!?
One look at a targeted individual facebook page such as "Targeted individuals international" or "The Gangstalking and Targeted Individuals group" will most likely give the impression of a Facebook group/melting pot of various mental illnesses, and to be fair that wouldn't be an unreasonable conclusion, as the pages reveal a plethora of wild ideas and accusations as members try to get to the bottom of whom exactly it is behind the collective reported symptoms of strange physical and psychological sensations of being hit by Electro Magnetic Weapons, voices from out of the blue and a feeling of being followed or harassed in their communities, (in some cases for many years) .
While browsing such groups you will come across many creative and energetic theories that are passionate and heartfelt in their delivery. Those claiming to be targeted individuals are desperately trying to find answers in a sea of misinformation and mysterious explanations in what may conceivably be an incredibly inhumane and seemingly sadistic murky situation for those involved. Most are claiming to be attacked with military grade Electromagnetic frequencies, and claim to hear insulting, degrading and horrifying comments through a medium that is known as V2k or (voice to skull).
Theories of who the perpetrators are can include (and are most certainly not limited to) Angels, Demons, Biker Gangs, Cults, Secret Organizations, Neighbors, Illuminati, God himself or Satan. There are some dedicated Facebook pages e.g "Remote Trauma Based Mind Control" "Remote Neural Monitoring " and EU coalition Task Force that specifically focus on military capabilities in the area of Electro Magnetic Weapons, Neuro weaponry and Bio hacking technologies that can not only read and monitor brain activity, but can also manipulate and alter cognitive processes in real time, remotely. The bulk of the evidence presented in such support groups focus on the CIA, NSA, DARPA, NATO,Mi5, and SIGINT seniors in the western world.
All of this is already beginning to bare all the hallmarks of psychosis, schizophrenia and anything other than a balanced collective or individual mental state. To play devils advocate - If there was a possibility that above acronym agencies had the capability to communicate with and manipulate civilians remotely via electromagnetic frequencies that could interact with the resonance frequency of the brain for the purpose of research would they do it?... (maybe even to you without your knowledge) and would you want to know about it?
If indeed government organisations such as the defense forces or secret services have such capabilities and these capabilities are real and are shrouded in secrecy, it is not difficult to reach a level of understanding (given the high levels of secrecy involved) as to why there would be so many tempestuous or ambiguous theories as to why so many people are feeling the same symptoms of being hit with some kind of microwave weapon, and having a feeling that their mind, emotions or cognitive process are being altered in some way, remotely, and in plain sight.
The operation would most certainly have to be intent on making the target look mentally unstable to ensure the research can continue without garnering the attention of the mass media, as it is no secret that to experiment on innocent civilians would result in a fairly hefty war crime sentencing, but - do they really have such capabilities?.. are they using them? ..and most importantly...Why??
The history of the technologies.
In order to comprehensively conceptualize the possibility of truth in the plight of Targeted Individuals it is of course imperative to look at the evidence and facts surrounding the phenomenon both presently and historically.
We can begin with Alan Frey, a biophysicist at Cornell University and a contractor for the American Naval research operations. In 1958 he discovered a means for audibly communicating speech using the frequency hearing effect that can send audio communication past the ears via pulsed modulated microwave radiation, via the cochlear nerve system, directly to the brain’s cerebral cortex. The audio communication phenomenon or Fray effect also known as Voice to Skull (V2k) in the TI community (Patent Application 1996) results in the ability to hear without the need for any receiving electronic devices or aids, no headphones, no speakers etc. This is achievable by beaming auditory waves from a device directly to the auditory cortex of the brain.
An article by neuropsychologist Don Justensen discussing radiation effects on humans referred to an experiment in 1975 by the Reed Army Institute of research during which the researchers Sharp and Grove reportedly “were able to recognize nine out of ten words transmitted by voice modulated microwaves” (Armin Krishan 2017) 47 years later …. Is it possible that this technology has progressed to something that can be used remotely to communicate directly with the auditory cortex via cell towers or other means?
In 1999 the STOA (Scientific and Technological Options Assessment), part of the Directorate General for Research of the European Parliament published a report on Crowd Control Technologies. One of the technologies mentioned were 2nd generation so called 'non lethal' technologies. These devices include weapons using radio frequencies, laser and acoustic mechanisms that could incapacitate or manipulate human behavior... the report mentioned that " the greatest concern is with systems which can directly interact with the human nervous system” also stating that “perhaps the most powerful developments remain shrouded in secrecy” (Europa.EU).
As far back as 19 years ago a Ted Talk by an inventor of such technologies mentions “ how you can whisper in the ear of terrorists” (Woody Norris, TED 2004) one such technique used by US forces in Iraq in 2003 to convince Iraqi forces that they were hearing the voice of Allah by “putting the word of god in their head” (htweap 2007), persuading them to drop their weapons and surrender. That was almost 19 years ago at the time of writing, such technologies will have been highly developed since then, as is normal with technology and progression.
(We know that modern day satellites communicate via microwaves to cell towers, is it possible that they could communicate directly with the brain? The answer to this question is a worrying Yes! I will elaborate on this in an analysis on Dr James Giordanos recent "Battlescape Brain" presentation below.)
A worldwide phenomenon.
It is absolutely crucial to note that the TI phenomenon is not isolated to America! There are hundreds of people in every country across the world (including but not limited to Ireland, UK, Poland, Australia, Iran, Russia, Taiwan, China, South Africa, Norway, Switzerland etc...who are reporting the same symptoms of those in the US, and not only that! When they cross borders, it seems nothing changes! The targeting travels with them! It seems borders are not an issue, it 's as if the NSA/CIA/DARPA/Mi5 etc have free reign not just on their own citizens but on citizens across the globe! This should come as no surprise to anyone who is familiar with how the NSA not only gained access to but mined data from US citizens and citizens around the world in the wake of 911 in the highly secretive and highly controversial "Stellar Wind" program, otherwise known as "The Program" amongst government employees in the very highest echelons of government secret services.
The Total Information Awareness program, codenamed stellar wind proposed by John Pointdexter who famously once said “it was his duty to withhold information from congress” (aclu.org) allowed DARPA to gather as much information as possible on as much people as possible after getting the go ahead from George Bush to eaves drop on millions of citizens in the US and across the globe. The purpose was to store all the data mine it, analyze it, organize it and to use it to search for patterns in human behavior that were of interest to the government. Phone conversations, keystrokes, personal data, movements, political beliefs, perceptions, an individual's history and future plans of each and every individual was gathered in large data centers, as fear of another ‘terrorist attack’ was used to gain trust and control in America.
The Patriot act was passed bringing Pointexters dreams into fruition allowing DARPA and counterparts to not only gather these vast amounts of private data but to use and manipulate that data as they saw fit. NSA whistle blower Bill Biney a crypto scientist working for DARPA talked about how all of a sudden large data storage and analytic machines began to pile up in the office, they were not told what they were to be used for.
As word started to spread about how the NSA was spying on and tracking innocent civilians it caused tremendous upset between Congress and Intelligence agencies around the US. Diane Rourke a representative of House Intelligence committee, worked with Bill Biney to try to bring to light the unconstitutional actions of the NSA resulting in their properties being raided by armed detectives, no charges have ever been brought against them.
The New York times reporters who were tipped off about the rogue actions of the government by a senior government official was warned by President Bush to refrain from reporting the story. America citizens were not allowed to know the government was monitoring them. All the while he promised citizens of America that everything they were doing was above board, and that a warrant would be necessary to investigate any citizen, as he tried to secure a second term in office. This was one of the biggest divides ever created between government and citizens as they now violated fourth and first amendment rights and lied about it, as they were questioned by citizens and media every day of the week. They continued to pry into the lives of every Americans and amass vast quantities of data on every citizen which was bad for America - but how might this have impacted the rest of the world?
"Sed quis custodiet ipsos, custodes" - But who will watch the watchers (Juvenal).
This mass clandestine gathering of innocent civilians data is still ongoing today. Cambridge Analytica, the organization that aided the successful Trump and Brexit campaigns, " bragged that it had up to 5000 data points on every US voter. By applying “psychographic” analytics to its dataset, it claimed to be able to determine people’s personality type and then individually micro-target messages to influence their behaviour on a global level" (Amnesty.org). This is just one example of the massive influence a small company with access to large swathes of personal data can have. One small relatively unknown company like Cambridge Analytica had access to 5000 key data points of all voters and was able to influence their behaviour so successfully that Trump became President of the US and the UK left Europe (both very unforeseen outcomes at the time). How much information and influence does Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc really have? What can they do by mining, analysing and manipulating that information?. The most alarming aspect of this unscrupulous manipulation of our Free Wiill is that this information is again accessed in complete secrecy and used to manipulate individual and collective behaviours by government organisations such as DARPA, NSA and their international allies.
In 2013 the Guardian (UK) reported on the “leaked Edward Snowden documents” (Guardian UK 2013) that presented evidence of the highly secretive SIGINT group once known as the five eyes, now known as the 13 eyes that includes countries like England, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, France, Israel, Switzerland, and Norway (to name a few) who formed undemocratically to proactively share intelligence among western and Isralei intelligence. SIGNIT is said to be an arm of the NSA that allows secret information gathering by the NSA in aforementioned countries, without the knowledge of the government or the people, and there are many more such organizations, Mossad, Club De Berne, and CTG to name but a few of the key players who acquire large swathes of power and control, and share the data of citizens of their respective countries through agreements that are shrouded in high levels of secrecy alluding to the likeness “ that they are working for themselves, rather than serving government or the public!” (aboutintel.eu).
In its report the committee of the European Parliament confirmed without doubt, that this network of secret agencies, was being used, not only to intercept military communications, but also and "at the very least" intercepting those of citizens and businesses across Europe stating that "it is surprising, not to say worrying, that many senior Community figures, including European Commissioners, who gave evidence to the Temporary Committee claimed to be unaware of this phenomenon" (Europarl 2001). The five eyes alliance are still making headlines today for their consistent human rights abuses as they work with the incredibly controversial Israeli NSO company that uses Pegasus software to hack phones of civilians without a warrant. European and American citizens are supposedly protected by laws that prohibit governments from amassing data on it's own citizens, however employing the services of another country to do so is quite commonplace.
Brain hacking; reality or fiction
If they have the capabilities to target individuals, we can by now see a link as to how its possible to implement and develop these technologies in secrecy and without too much opposition in our western world, as with any black operations, they simply can not be questioned, but the next question has to be,... Why!? If they have such capabilities, why would they use them under such nefarious circumstances?
Some of the published evidence and research suggests the possibility of a cognitive cold war, as each superpower develops its bio weapons, it must establish a cohort of research (what is usually PC to call participants, but not applicable in these cases) subjects of all ages, cultural, educational and religious backgrounds are enlisted without their knowledge.
Dr James Giordano currently serves as Chair of the Neuroethics Program of the IEEE Brain Project and is the executive director for the Institute of Biodefense Research Project. He is also a Fellow of the Program in Biosecurity, Technology, and Ethics at the Naval War College. He talks about how the "Brain is the battlefield of the future" & how NATO and defense forces across the West collaborate in such arenas not only for the purpose of R&D but more specifically for the development of military applications. In his presentation on the subject "Battlescape Brain" he notes that Brain hacking technologies are "not science fiction", to the contrary he says, "they are science fact". He outlines how technologies available to the armed forces avoid the need for highly invasive surgery such as implants or brain to computer Interface chips, as they now utilize Electro Magnetic Technology to do this remotely, without ever coming into contact with the subject, using satellites and the "very same thing that operates your cellphone, that provides us with not only windows to the brain but vectors to the brain that allow us to read information in real time, from brain node networks and circuits and whole brain systems remotely, and also to affect those brains" (Dr Giordano, Battlescape Brain 2020).
In this presentation he considers the incredible implications of developing such capabilities in the defense forces that provide soldiers with enhanced cognitive processes and notes the imperative requirement to postulate the capabilities of adversaries in this arena. Taking into consideration not only the ability to manipulate or enhance the cognitive processes of their own soldiers, but to be able to negatively manipulate the cognitive processes of the adversary.
This is evidently exactly what is happening right now with the defense forces of the world superpowers. Most recently an Americas commerce bureau of Industry and Security announced sanctions on some Chinese firms and institutions citing China's development of “biotechnology processes to support Chinese military end-uses and end-users, to include purported brain-control weaponry.” (The Washington Times (2021).
The announcement of the sanctions provided limited specific details of the work by China’s Academy of Military Medical Sciences and 11 related Chinese research institutes. China has purportedly been working on these weapons for several years, with the aim, to use such technologies in combat "to focus on taking over the enemies way of thinking and his awareness and even directly intervene in the thinking of the enemy leaders and staff, and with that - produce war to control awareness and thinking" (The Washington Times 2021). This is exactly what Giordano refers to in Battlescape Brain stating that the aim is to "make their military intelligence personnel better and then detriment the performance of competitors and adversaries control and health" .
He goes on to say that "there is a rapid race" between global powers, as gaining superiority in the arena of cognitive warfare is imperative in terms of military, political, economic and scientific to name but a few.To address the obvious ethical issues that arise he confirms that there are international conventions that monitor the situation but goes on to question how insufficient they are in doing so, concluding that "when we examine the fine print of these international signatories, the evidence suggests that, no they're not, and they're not keeping their finger on the pulse of the rapidly developing brain sciences, not only with the United States and its allied Nations but also Internationally" .The question is, how or where are they carrying out adequate research to be able to compete with adversaries? Surely years of practice and research is needed in this arena before attempting to compete on the battlefield?
All is fair in love and war.
Ok, they have the technology, without question. Would they be so cruel as to set about advancing their capabilities by experimenting on innocent people around the world by hacking into individuals minds and further developing their arsenal?
One only has to glance at some of the most heinous acts of humanity carried out by the CIA in the 50s and 60s such as Project Monarch and MK Ultra. Some well documented experiments from these dark and quite barbaric projects reveal how the CIA and doctors of death contracted by the CIA, drugged a number of innocent civilians, and undertook the task of emptying the mind through torture methods such as sleep deprivation and repetitive messaging, degrading comments and scare tactics followed up by psychic driving that resulted in dissacocitave symptoms, as the 'subject' disassociated from body, mind and her perception of reality.
At the president's advisory committee on human radiation experiments hearing in 1995 Christina Cole, describes how she was strapped down at 6 years of age, spread eagle and naked on her back by Doctor Luther Wilson Greene at Edgewood’s Chemical Centre, all this while he performed radiation and mind control experiments on her and "subjected her to sexual abuse, radiation, drugs, electrodes, electric shock, dislocated joints and other mind-control experiments. He later went on to write the influential paper called “psychotronic warfare a new concept of war". (Eassurvey Wordpress).In the 1960s Richard Helmes wrote a report to the Warren Commision stating that cybernetics can be used for the moulding of a child's character (NWO Evil Exposed 2014).
There are extensive research papers covering mind control experiments by the CIA and counterparts throughout the 60s, 70s and 80s, using Electro Magnetic frequencies. The Search for the Manchurian Candidate: "The CIA and Mind Control" by John Marks documents the CIAs successful efforts to empty the human mind through various torture methods, and then to reprogram the mind using Electro Magnetic Frequencies to carry out various tasks such as murder, manipulation, suicide or violent attacks.
In the 90s a Russian newspaper Segodnya reoprted on the capabilities of such weapons, the author noting that they "are capable not only to harm the health of a person, but, as well, cause the blocking of freedom of will of human beings on a subliminal level, the loss of ability of political, cultural and other self-identification of human beings" and the " manipulation of societal consciousness” ( Robert Becker1991).
Ex MI6 agent Barry Trower talks about how he was trained in the use of microwave weapons on Catholics in Belfast in the 1960s and how American embassies used the weapons against protestors in the 60s to alter emotional states and the overall wellbeing of the protestors without their knowledge or the knowledge of police of that country.
Think about that for a moment, the CIA and Mi5/6 were working on technologies that could remotely manipulate human behavior via frequencies using microwave technologies….over 60 years ago! They already spent decades researching mind hacking techniques, very successfully. Are we to think that they discovered the incredibly disruptive and powerful capabilities of these weapons for a short time, realised the huge potential to influence the masses via EMF’s but decided that was all they needed to know and left the project there? Maybe they decided that's enough of that then, no need to look any further, we'll leave the rest to China or Russia... You would hope so, however the evidence suggests otherwise.
Is this really happening today?
(As outlined above there are many websites, scientific articles and media reports documenting the development, patents and use of weapons that can communicate with and manipulate the brain and nervous system wirelessly, none of this will be found in main stream media…until recently.)
As far back as the 1970s a number of government employees stationed at the US reported similar symptoms to that of Havana Syndrome, however the situation was officially reported as being the result of a new kind of viral infection. It turns out that this was merely a disinformation campaign spun by by US government who at the time carried out "a top secret investigation into the effects of microwave radiation on humans. The investigation found that the Soviets were bombarding the embassy in Moscow with low-level microwaves" (foreginpolicy.com). Incredibly, the National Centre for Biotechnology Information found that the reason for the microwave bombardment was that, they were being used as a kind of "eavesdropping technology" (Elwood L. Mark 2018) that could penetrate walls to spy on conversations among diplomats in the embassy and furthermore to "interfere with the health, minds or behaviour of the American embassy staff" (Military History-fandom.com).
In recent times there has been a lot of media coverage relating to Havana Syndrome, a condition that was reported by a over 200 US government employees, however the attacks were said to have occurred all over the world including Havana, Australia, China, Serbia, Moscow, Poland Taiwan, Georgia, Austria as well as Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistam.
Even though many main stream news outlets such as FOX and ABC, The guardian, (and many more around the world) reported on Havana Syndrome, “The mysterious symptoms that have afflicted American diplomats stationed in Cuba, puzzling scientists and intelligence agencies alike, are most likely to have been caused by “directed, pulsed radio frequency energy”, according to a report commissioned by the US government" (The Guardian 2020) none have really delved into the use and history of microwave weapons. It seems to be a case of “so this happened”, end of. (Surely a quick recap of the history of Microwave Weapons is necessary?)
BBC news however, took the time to research and write about the history of EMW’s and talked about how these weapons were used on officials in an American embassy in Russia in the 60s (many officials died from radiation exposure) and mentions the CIA’s proactivity in developing its own EMW’s since then, and yet CIA officials have been quoted in saying that “Havana Syndrome is the most difficult intelligence challenge they have ever faced “ (BBC News, 2021). Less than a year later an expert panel found that " a pulsed energy device is the most probable cause of the most perplexing cases" (Mc Clatchy 2022).
In a Summary of the Havana Syndrome conference in Feb 2022 when asked if anyone has studied civilian Pulsed Energy Attacks, Dr Giodarno answered " There is evidence coming from the international community for Individuals who have been exposed to rangeable and non rangeable acoustics stimuli in the auditory and ultrasonic range" (Grassroots Politics). This statement has however not been taken up by mainstream media, and a number of citizens who have been diagnosed with Havana Syndrome are being ignored by government and media.
Manifested Evil
S.A.T.A.N. secret weapon system stands for 'Silent Assassination Through Adaptive Networks'. This includes AI integrated neural networks, cyber networks, and social networks, as outlined by Ex CIA whistleblower Dr Robert Duncan who admits to working on this now declassified technology that devises a way for an adaptive AI program to target the various networks of a Targeted Individual this can be anything from Neural to , family, friendships and anything that is intrinsic to a person’s character to allow complete control and manipulation of a person’s psyche in order to inflict trauma and gain control of thought process and emotions controlled in real time by AI remotely.
The US DOD is developing a "scalable artificial intelligence psychotronic virus called Satan 666" (Dr Robert Duncan 2010) this is a program that is purposefully designed to hack and destroy minds and communities - like a virus it evolves with time and is currently being tested by about 5 countries "using a random set of the world’s population as their incubators and petri dishes" (Dr Rober Duncan 2010)
An ex employee with the Dominican Directed energy directorate documents how they used psychotropic weapons to torture others "keep tabs on their movements and control the substrate of their thoughts" as well as remotely hacking the minds of passing tourists as they are "treated as nothing more than a technical objective to be completed" (Robotic News 2016). She goes on to describe how they could induce suicide of a target through remote microwave weapon targeting and claims that even the "President was afraid of us, we literally wrote our own checks" (Robotic News 2016).
Why?
So this all or course begs the question… why? Why would so called Defense services in Europe and the US invest and engage in such heinous activities that engulf, dismantle and ruin the lives of so many?
Why would the worlds secret services and most prominent armed forces want to use such advanced and devastating technologies against innocent civilians around the world? The answer may not be so mysterious as all evidence points to something of a soft arms race between the world's superpowers. The technology is there, the capabilities are there, as is the attitude necessary for a superpower such as the US to stay ahead, which is " If we don't do it, they will" (Robert Duncan 2010). The possibilities for the development of neuro and bio weapons are endless, weapons that can advance the capabilities of the homeland and devastate that of the enemy are inevitably on the top of the Military/ Scientific to do list.
It is no secret that there is a race to build the worlds most powerful supercomputer and China and the US are constantly trying to gain superiority in this arena. The benefits are ever so prevalent, as health, military capabilities, economic growth, stability, and social control to name but a few important areas can be maximized with absolute precision management leading to superiority that is “a way of exercising soft power and stoking intercontinental rivalries'' (Wired 2018). The quantum computing revolution is an incredibly disruptive technology that most people have not even heard of or care less about. In the meantime the EU, the US and Israel, Canada, China and Russia pour $BN’s of taxpayers money into the elusive industry every year through highly classified government black budgets, of which China ranks highest in spending and (in the public domain) already holds the number one place for quantum computing capabilities with the release of two new exascale quantum computers.
In 2019 a US defence report expressed concerns of China gaining advantage in quantum computing development, stating that “a global race has ensued to exploit and operationalize quantum technologies for the use of military effects. The race to conquer the quantum domain is among the most fiercely competitive in today’s world of technology.”(Forbes 2019) Of course the kind of research being carried out in these areas cannot be questioned by most in government, only the highest echelons of military intelligence and government will know the full scale of operations behind heavily guarded doors and deep underground bunkers.
This technological arms race is not only being pursued by the US and China, most heavily militarized countries realise the potential of gaining superiority in this arena. An Israeli Newspaper reports that “Quantum computing will not merely advance science. It will eventually alter and overturn the playing field of war-fighting. If China or another country gains a substantial military quantum advantage over the US or Israel, it could change the balance of who has a qualitative military advantage” (The Jeruseluam post 2021)
The evolution in Quantum Computing, Psychotronic Weapons and the development of the technology to advance military capabilities is not difficult to comprehend, however what is difficult to understand is what is the link between all this and targeted individuals!?
Synthesizing Organic thinking
Super computers model the neural networks that the human brain use. The human brain fires 100bn neurons simultaneously and this is exactly how scientists model the processing capabilities of supercomputers such as SpiNNaker completed in Manchester University in 2018, that using “500,000 processors modelled 80,000 neurons in the cortex” (Scientific American 2018). There are a number of complex algorithms generated when the human brain is thinking, working through problems and being creative. These algorithms can be recorded and analysed as was done in an experiment in 2018 that recorded human brain algorithms during an fMRI that then fed that information back to a machine learning algorithm to “make better and more human like decisions” of course, as is well know the level of military intelligence advancement in this area will have far exceeded that in the public domain. (Fong, Scheirer and Fox 2018)
Taking all of this into account it is not difficult to imagine a situation where there is an arms race to build the worlds most intelligent super computers, that would require a constant feed of complex algorithms recorded directly from the human brain that can teach AI how to think creatively and more intuitively without the need for constant human interaction and direction. Of course if this is what is happening these organically generated algorithms will have to be harvested from the organic source…..the human brain.
There seems to have been a number of varying and deeply disturbing advances in research in this area as discussed in Dr Giordanos "Battlescape Brain" presentation and Dr Robert Duncans book "Project Soul Catcher". The sudden move to sanction Chinese companies for their advancements in brain weaponry, the silent quantum computing arms race, and the sudden astonishing cases of Havana Syndrome around the world and on US soil. Still, US/European Intelligence services remain baffled by these attacks, even though the well documented attacks on embassies in Moscow in the 50s led to the development of microwave weapons that were used in Ireland, UK, Iraq, India, China (to name but a few) in recent years. The evidence is quite clear cut, human brain projects are at the forefront of disruptive military technological capabilities.
Quantum computing meets Neurological Science
Why all the confusion, torment surrounding the TI world? Why does it all have to sound so traumatic?
Trauma is the keyword here, as in order to gain access to and harvest the data generated by the brain as in the case with all TI’s victims are isolated and traumatized, they are disassociated from reality and the brain entrainment begins as, AI moves in like a virus of the mind to alter and control brain processes for the purpose of scientific research and data gathering. The process of mind hacking "is a torturous process described as a live mental vivisection" (Rober Duncan 2010). As in the notoriously heinous and secretive MK Ultra program in the 60s where human guinea pigs were used to document the effects of altering and experimentation on consciousness through the use of chemistry, drugs and frequencies, decades of development in psychotronic weapons, satellite and radio technology allow the possibility to carry out research remotely, from anywhere in the world and this is not new!. A US patent from 1974 describes the technology
"The present invention relates to apparatus and a method for monitoring brain waves wherein all components of the apparatus employed are remote from the test subject. More specifically, high frequency transmitters are operated to radiate electromagnetic energy of different frequencies through antennas which are capable of scanning the entire brain of the test subject or any desired region thereof. The signals of different frequencies penetrate the skull of the subject and impinge upon the brain where they mix to yield an interference wave modulated by radiations from the brain's natural electrical activity. The modulated interference wave is re-transmitted by the brain and received by an antenna at a remote station where it is demodulated, and processed to provide a profile of the subject’s brain waves. In addition to passively monitoring brain waves, the subject's neurological processes may be affected by transmitting to the brain, through a transmitter. The latter signals can be derived from the received and processed brain waves" (US Pattent 1974)
Take a moment to imagine how this technology - the ability to remotely record and alter the brains natural activity has developed in the last 40 plus years, with the advancement of satellite and 5G technologies that can maintain a steady stream of communication from just about anywhere in the world to anywhere else in the world, then marry this with the advancement of quantum computing and the need for neurological research for military and defence purposes and, well….you probably get the picture.?Psychotronic weapons, remote neurological research, trauma based mind control, quantum computing, the worlds defenses forces are pursuing agendas of quite virtual insanity, and quite literally. This all sounds like an incredibly dramatic Sci-Fi movie however the overwhelming evidence of the existence of such technologies suggests otherwise, as does the credibility of associated institutions who have use of such technologies.
As mentioned above, the first impressions of a Targeted Individuals Facebook page or other supporting social media forums in some cases can depict characteristics of psychological disorders. In his book “Project Soul Catcher” Robert Duncan describes how the CIA refer to mind hacking as a remote lobotomy. He notes that "mimicking illness is what this agency has invested many resources into for the purpose of discrediting" (Robert Duncan 2010). Furthermore it’s important to note that most Targeted Individuals begin to report symptoms of being targeted by these technologies from the age of 30 upwards whereas with symptoms of schizophrenia or psychosis "on average, men are diagnosed in their late teens to early 20s. Women tend to get diagnosed in their late 20s to early 30s. People rarely develop schizophrenia before they're 12 or after they're 40" (Webmd.com).
There are however, a very high number of Targeted Individuals and their advocates who demonstrate high levels of competency and are grounded intelligent people who do not exhibit any symptoms of psychosis or schizophrenia. They are organized, they hold conferences and meetings, and lobby governments to raise awareness of their experiences.

An advocate for Targeted Individuals, Melzer is the special Rapporeteur for torture in the United Nations and has stated in this report that the current resurfacing of unethical Cold War/MK ULTRA-derived interrogational technologies under cover of euphemistic labels such as special interrogation for purposes of “counter-terrorism” and “deterrence”-based detainment” has coincided with “new and emerging technologies (which) give rise to unprecedented tools and environments of non-physical interaction which must be duly considered in the contemporary interpretation of the prohibition of torture.” (Coursehero.com).

ICATOR was founded by Melanie Vriitschan who has previously worked with the European commission and the European Parliament as well as being the communications manager at European Navigation Satellite systems developed by the European Space Agency (ESA) before dedicating herself to the cause of Targeted Individuals. Magnus Olson native to Sweden, currently living in Poland formed the "EU coalition against Cyber Torture" in 2020 to raise awareness of the issue in Europe. Magnus continually lobbies government to try to encourage dialogue in the political realm across the world, speaking and gaining recognition from Dr James Giordano, Nils Melzer, RT News and many more. He also works closely with engineers in the US to develop multi spectrum frequency technologies that detect and block incoming attacks.

Ex CIA agent Robert Duncan admitted to working on the software used for brain hacking (without having security clearance to understand the intended use of his work). He has given lectures as well as writing books to help Targeted Individuals understand the technology used as well as lobbying the FBI and government to investigate the growing plight of Targeted Individuals.

What do you think?
Given the evidence presented, is it difficult to believe the worlds militaries have access to and are using technologies such as Directed Energy Weapons? Given the nature of such projects e.g Monarch and MK Ultra and the history of such shadowy organisation like the CIA, NSA, DARPA,Mi5 and counterparts, is it unreasonable to believe they would not be afraid to set up and direct large sums of tax payers money into so called black ops, that are shrouded in secrecy and a very undemocratic decision making processes?
If military intelligence agencies in the West feel threatened by China's advancement in quantum computing they will fall over themselves in a race to meet China's advance and we only need to look back on such atrocities as the wars in Vietnam or Iraq to understand the bloodshed and atrocities, ferocious violence and endless streams of cash being pumped into the agenda of the military machine, not to mention the careless manipulation of public perception to ensure continuity of such wars. The ever so elusive WMD's, touted by a fear mongering George Bush and Sexing up of the dossier by Tony Blair to rail road their agendas on a fearful public. This however is something of a cold war, public approval is not needed and rather, operations are highly secretive for the protection of the very passive citizens in such matters.
Given the history of the CIA and counterparts, do they have the capacity to lie, coverup, torture and commit heinous inhumane crimes? . Is there enough evidence to support the existence and use of EMW’s and RNM (Remote Neutral Monitoring) capabilities, that can " read and write into the brain in real time using the same technology that operates a cell phone" (Dr James Giodarno)? The evidence is overwhelming, and if the evidence is overwhelming , one must conclude that so too are the crimes against humanity being perpetrated by the military complex and associated organisations and government that support and fund them.
Is it possible that Targeted Iindividuals are genuine about their symptoms though often misguided as to the source?…who are you going to believe? A group of unassuming, nonviolent men and women (and often children) who all claim to be suffering symptoms of Havana Syndrome and use of EMW’s for reasons unknown to them, or those organiziation with a history of carrying out the most inhumane and degrading acts on humans known to man. Not only this, they are absolute experts on covering up and lying about such things to protect their dirty secrets, quite often in the name of national security so that the public won’t feel the need to question as apparently its 'in their best interests'! Furthermore their is now a vast amount of publicly available evidence that supports the argument that human brain military research for warfare is well underway. America is sanctioning China for developing their brain hacking capabilities, diplomats and citizens across the world are suffering from Havana Syndrome symptoms. You must ask the question, where are they getting the brains from? Surely they can not learn how to hack and mind control any individual without practice on a number of others first!? So who are the Guinea Pigs?
I would love to say that the time has come for people to start proactively caring about the way in which humanity is being steered with these unscrupulous and down right sinister (so called) “ secret services” at the wheel, but I honestly feel that the time for just questioning or caring has passed. It’s time to drop everything you are doing right now and take a good look at your perception of reality and ask yourself is this the direction we should be allowing the so called superpowers to take us in the world in the name of defense? As mentioned above it is no secret at all how the NSA and counterparts across the world monitor every call, conversation, keystroke and now our thoughts, all of which are stored and mined by quantum computers coupled with AI that is programmed to think using cognitive abilities that mimic the human brain, 1000s of human brains together. What is the objective? Superpowers are trying to outdo each other in a psychotronic war, a silent and murky war with implications similar to that of a modern day holocaust. In the meantime public perception is moulded by suppressing the truth and spreading disinformation in main stream media that is very clearly controlled by respective governments and undemocratically elected shadow governments and secret services that are using tax payers money to expirement on citizens rather than protect them. The lack of attention given to important topics simply because they are not reported in mainstream media is a growing problem that global citizens need to address immediately. The consequences of reactive rather than proactive attention to atrocities that are being perpetrated by those who we pay our taxes to are going to be grim to say the least. Its time to not just ignore the lies but to hold Mainstream media accountable for its part in continually manipulating public perception and ignoring the very crucial facts and dirty secrets of an incredibly corrupt and manipulative government and supporting institutions in the Western World.
